Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga is a Ugandan lawyer and politician serving as the first deputy prime minister of Uganda and the minister for East African Community Affairs, in the Cabinet of Uganda in the eleventh and twelfth Parliaments of Uganda. She previously served as the speaker of the Parliament of Uganda from 19 May 2011 to May 2021.
