Elizaveta Petrovna Glinka, also known as Dr. Liza, was a Russian medical doctor and public figure who founded the Spravedlivaya Pomoshch charity. She was accused of abducting children during the Russo-Ukrainian War. Glinka died in a crash of a Russian military plane en route to Syria.
